More specifically talking, Fig Leaves tea may reduce the need of insulin in diabetic people. Please talk to your doctor if you want to use the Fig Leaves as a diabetic or prediabetic partial treatment.

The taste and consistency of the herbs may change along the year, spring and summer leaves may be thinner and fragile with a light green color and a spicy taste. Summer and autumn leaves, are stronger and bigger, with a more intense and deep color and taste.
